Which JPEG2000 Encoding does Remote Encoder use?

DCPtools Remote Encoder offers two actually 2 different HW/SW acceleration methods.

    Comprimato has developed a unique JPEG2000 encoder. It uses the power of NVIDEA graphics cards. The Comprimato technology solution is scalable.

  2. Image Matters
    Image Matters has developed a FPGA based HW encoder with high throughput and high availabilit

In one installation only one of the technologies can be used. Both are scalable by adding second GPU cards.
